All new clients should book a New Client Consultation & Treatment. We will perform a skin assessment, perform a customized treatment and curate a skincare protocol to reach the individual needs of your skin.
Yes, Sonya provides virtual consultations to everyone in the world! Sonya will contact you via Facetime if you have an iPhone or by zoom if you prefer. Just provide us with your email to send you the link. You can book online or call us!
We require at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card with deposit is required to hold your appointment . Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less that 48 hours notice and any client that is a "No Call, No Show" will be charged for the complete service fee. All “No Call No Show” appointments may incur an addition $150 fee.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If you do not contact us to let us know you will be late and if you are over 15 minutes late you will be charged the complete cost of the service.
Appointments may be rescheduled no more than two times. An additional deposit will be required after the second time appointment is rescheduled.
Please note that if the credit card on file can not be charged you will be required to pay the cost of the service in full prior to returning.
You can cancel or schedule your appointment by using the link you received when booking online or by giving us a call.
Yes, we will do our very best to accommodate multiple clients at the same time. You are able to book for yourself or someone else using our online booking system or by giving us a call.
Parking in Rittenhouse Square on the streets can be tricky and make your late for your appointment. We advise parking in the Latimer Street Garage that is only a block and a 1/2 away. It is a cash only parking garage so prepare accordingly.
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount will be presented to you at the time you book online or by phone. All deposits are non-refundable, however they will be applied to your appointment. Deposits are held for one year.

No, once a product leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email info@sonyasavage.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise. Packages are non refundable and non transferable. Services are non refundable and non transferable. Giveaways are non transferable. Packages, services and giveaways expire after one year from date of purchase or award.
You may notice when purchasing that there will be two options, you can either order through us which will be shipped directly from our facility or you can shop through the company’s link which will ship from their facility. Sonya receives a commission from her affiliated product links so you are still supporting our business!
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with a bare, makeup free face if possible and hair pulled away from your face. Its important to have a detailed list of products you are currently using so snap a picture or bring them with you. Try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as we will be selecting new products for the individual needs of your skin.
